The distinguished career and scientific achievements of Prof. Dr. Basarab Nicolescu, an honorary member of the Romanian Academy, will be celebrated with a scientific symposium honoring him upon his 80th-year-old. The event will be on Friday and Saturday, March 25-26, 20022.
The Institute for Transdisciplinary Studies in Science, Spirituality, Society - IT4S, the Romanian Committee for the History of Science and Technology in Romania - CRIFST and the International Center for Research and Transdisciplinary Studies - CIRET will dedicate the anniversary symposium to his more than three decades of work to studying the synergy between a culture of peace and transdisciplinarity -- a new approach to world social problems.
