TheATLAS Academy Gold Medal of Honor Recipients

The Academy of Transdisciplinary Learning and Advanced Studies(TheATLAS) is pleased to present an award  "The Academy Gold Medal of Honor" for distinguished contribution to the advancement of Transdisciplinary Foundational ideas and activities. The award comes with Honorary lifetime Membership in the Academy. The Academy Gold Medal of Honor recognizes unusual accomplishment in transdisciplinary education and research, public service, and other allied pursuits beneficial to design and process science.

This award will be given to individuals who have demonstrated exceptional vision, have worked diligently, and have been instrumental in developing and implementing the concepts and philosophy of transdisciplinary education and research. The award consists of the Academy Gold Medal and a cash honorarium. This award, the only award given by the Academy, will normally be presented to one person each year.

TheATLAS Ramamoorthy & Yeh Transdisciplinary Distinguished
Achievement Award Recipients

In 2009, TheATLAS established the Ramamoorthy & Yeh Transdisciplinary Distinguished Achievement Award to be awarded annually during the TheATLAS annual meeting. This award is given in recognition of distinguished and meritorious achievement in transdisciplinary research and education as evidenced by use of transdisciplinary creative and innovative methods in solving complex problems and outstanding leadership in transdisciplinary education and its activities.

The award consists of a plaque and a cash honorarium. This award will normally be presented to one person each year.
